  • Payments:

    • Payments are to be made via Bank Transfer or Cash
    • If Payments are done via bank transfer a screenshot of the transaction must be provided

    Deposits / Bond:

    • All Hires are required a deposit of 50% to secure your booking
    • A Full payment of the Hire will be required 1 week before Hire Date.
    • Deposits are non- refundable once they have been booked in and paid for.
    • However if your event is postponed or cancelled you will be issued a credit voucher which will be valid for one FULL year.
    • Bonds are required for all Hired items, which is refundable once hired items are returned in the same condition prior to the Hire.

    Damage to items:

    • If hired items get damaged, we ask that you do NOT try fix it and contact us immediately
    • The bond will not be returned and used to repair the damage
    • If the cost of the bond is unable to repair the damage made an excess fee will be incurred for the client to replace the item at the RRP

    Delivery and Collection:

    If you are scheduled to pick up your hired items from our location, you must provide current photo identification prior to pick up (Drivers License, Student or Work ID).

    This can be sent to us by taking a photo of the valid Identification, via text message or scanned through email.

    Upon pick up you must agree to the above Terms & Conditions, once payment has also been made this means you have agreed to our above Terms & Conditions

    It is the responsibility of the Client to return all items on the agreed date.

    If client fails to do so a $20.00 per date late return fee will be applied.

    Please understand by booking in you are respecting my business and other clients bookings, we have bookings months in advance and would despise for us to cancel due to a client failing to return.

    If items are then not returned a last minute pick up fee will be charged and must be paid for immediately if the Client is unable to return the items hired.

    Privacy and Confidentiality:

    The security of your personal information is important to us.

    Information collected through the use of your Hire will be respected and used only for the purposes of providing a better service to you.

    At no time will any personal information be shared, we respect your identity and strict confidentiality unless we suspect you are in breach of our Terms and Conditions policy

    Personalised signs:

    If you have booked in for a personalised sign to be made either to Buy or Hire

    We will ask what message you want on the sign (background & text colour)

    Once we have sent the design to you, we then wait for your approval to proceed with the booking.

    Once sign has been approved we will then gather the necessary products to begin

    YOU MUST CONTACT US NO LATER THAN 74 HOURS to change the sign

    If you however are not happy with the sign and want to change it, we can however there will be a fee.
